School/Tuition Fees AY2024-2025
Fee Schedule for AY2024-2025
Note: Annual fee reviews may result in adjustments due to program development and economic factors. Payment is twice yearly and in advance, and fees can vary for individual students.
All fees are expressed in Thai Baht.

Annual Tuition Fees
Remarks: 1. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional Fees Include:
Books, lunch and snacks, student ID card, accident insurance, damage waiver fee, printing fee, technology (ICT) and media fee, Special Educational Needs (within school policy), all assessments fees (Year 6 external Cambridge Checkpoint is subject to an additional charge. Fee charged at the time of examination.) Use of the library and borrowing of books, documentation fees, all learning resources and manipulatives, swimming and sporting fees (during academic timetable).
In addition to the fees listed above, there are some charges which will be billed to parents separately. These fees are for items that are either on a per-student basis or optional fees for activities that are supplementary to the curriculum and learning. These include fees for items such as uniforms, transportation, late pick-up fees, some after-school programmes (ECAs), examinations and individual music tuition. A detailed list of these fees can be found below. Please contact our school office for details.

Extra-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (ECA’s) - After academic sessions daily
A brochure will be sent to parents on a termly basis. Parents can select activities for their child/children and additional fees will be incurred.SCHOOL UNIFORM

Tuition fees will be pro-rated for late enrollment according to the following schedule.

A. First child and subsequent sibling(s) enrolling on different dates
• With reference to the first child who is already enrolled with the school, the next child (sibling) who enrols will enjoy the scheduled discount regardless of whether he/she is younger/older.
B. More than one child enrolling on the same day
• For clarity:
- If two (2) children from the same family enrol on the same day, the child whose tuition fee is the higher between them shall enjoy the 5% discount.
- If three (3) children from the same family enrol on the same day, the child whose tuition fee is the highest among them shall enjoy the 10% discount.
C. Re-enrolment for more than one child on the same day
• For re-enrolment on the same day, fees payable by each child will be re-visited such that the discounts shall be applied as stated in (B).
• For clarity:
- If two (2) children from the same family re-enrol on the same day, the child whose tuition fee is the higher between them shall enjoy the 5% discount.
- If three (3) children from the same family re-enrol on the same day, the child whose tuition fee is the highest among them shall enjoy the 10% discount.
D. Re-enrolment for more than one child on different dates
• Discount is to be applied as described in (A).
ANNUAL PAYMENT DISCOUNT*
A 2% discount will be applied if the full academic year fees are paid in full.
*Discounts will be applied only to the annual tuition fee. The Sibling Discount and Annual Payment Discount cannot be used in conjunction with each other
TUITION AND FEES POLICY
I. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
New students – enrollment, tuition and additional fees for Term 1 and Term 2 are to be paid within 7 days from the Letter Offer date. Term 3 and Term 4 tuition, and additional fees are due and payable in November.
Returning students -tuition and additional fees for Term 1 and Term 2 are due and payable in June and for Term 3 and Term 4 they are due and payable in November.
II. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Parents are requested to make payment by one of the following payment options:
A) NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS

III. LATE PAYMENT
A late payment charge of 2% per month will be imposed on all outstanding fees if payment is not received by the 15th of the month. The Programme reserves the right to refuse entry to any pupil and/or treat this contract as terminated without prior notice to parents/legal guardians for non-payment of fees.
IV. LATE ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS
Tuition fees will be pro-rated according to the attendance days. Pro-rates are only applicable to tuition fees. No other school fees will be pro-rated.
V. EARLY WITHDRAWAL
Tuition fee refunds will be granted in accordance with the following schedule:
● 60 days or more before the Term Commencement Date: 100% refunded
● Between 30 days and 59 days before the Term Commencement Date: 50% refunded
● Less than 30 days before the Term Commencement Date: 0% refunded
● On or after the Term Commencement Date: No refund
NB: Number of days is counted by school calendar days, not attendance days.
VI. NON-RETURN or NON-APPEARANCE
Returning students who do not appear at school in the first month of the semester, August 2024, October 2024, January 2025 or March 2025 without prior notice in writing in advance to the Head of Programme, automatically forfeit their student status at Invictus and shall be treated as new students upon returning to the school.
New students who have enrolled and paid all school fees will receive a full refund for all school fees, except for the Enrolment Fee, if withdrawal is indicated before the term commences. Early withdrawal policy (paragraph V) applies to new students who withdraw after the term commences.
VII. RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS
Receipt of payments will be issued specifying the description of fees and the actual amounts paid ONLY.
VIII. OVERDUE TUITION PAYMENT
Where fees are not paid by the due date, Invictus reserves the right to proceed as follows:
1. Withhold all school documents.
2. Discontinue enrollment for the following academic year.
3. Suspend from testing. All previous scores will be withheld.
4. Take legal action in the collection of outstanding tuition fees.
