Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Included in the Tuition Fees:
Books, lunch and snacks, student ID card, accident insurance, damage waiver fee, printing fee, technology (ICT) and media fee, Special Educational Needs support (within school policy), all assessment fees (Note: the Year 6 external Cambridge Checkpoint examination is subject to an additional charge, billed at the time of the exam), use of the library and borrowing privileges, documentation fees, all learning resources and manipulatives, as well as swimming and sports fees (during the academic timetable).


Additional Charges:


In addition to the fees listed above, certain charges will be billed to parents separately. These include fees for items that are either on a per-student basis or optional, supplementary to the core curriculum. Examples include uniforms, transportation, late pick-up fees, select after-school programmes (ECAs), external examinations, and individual music tuition. A detailed list of these additional fees can be found below.

Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs) – After Academic Sessions

A brochure will be sent to parents on a termly basis. Parents can select activities for their child/children and additional fees will be incurred.

Uniforms can be purchased from the school office.

School Transport

At present, we do not offer school bus transportation.

Withdrawal Policy

A minimum of 60 days notice is required for withdrawal.

A. First Child and Subsequent Sibling(s) Enrolling on Different Dates


• With reference to the first child already enrolled at the school, any subsequent sibling who enrolls—regardless of whether they are older or younger—will be eligible for the scheduled sibling discount.


B. More Than One Child Enrolling on the Same Day
• For clarity:
– If two (2) children from the same family enroll on the same day, the child with the higher tuition fee will receive a 5% discount.
– If three (3) children from the same family enroll on the same day, the child with the highest tuition fee will receive a 10% discount.


C. Re-enrolment for More Than One Child on the Same Day
• For re-enrolment occurring on the same day, fees payable by each child will be reviewed and discounts will be applied in accordance with Section B.
• For clarity:
– If two (2) children from the same family re-enrol on the same day, the child with the higher tuition fee will receive a 5% discount.
– If three (3) children from the same family re-enrol on the same day, the child with the highest tuition fee will receive a 10% discount.


D. Re-enrolment for More Than One Child on Different Dates
• Discounts will be applied in accordance with Section A.

A 2% discount will be applied if the full academic year’s tuition fee is paid in advance.
*Discounts apply only to the annual tuition fee. The Sibling Discount and Annual Payment Discount cannot be combined.

Tuition and Fees Policy

I. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
New students – enrolment, tuition and additional fees for Term 1 and Term 2 are to be paid within 7 days from the Letter Offer date. Term 3 and Term 4 tuition, and additional fees are due and payable in November.
Returning students -tuition and additional fees for Term 1 and Term 2 are due and payable in June and for Term 3 and Term 4 they are due and payable in November.

II. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Parents are requested to make payment by one of the following payment options:

III. LATE PAYMENT
A late payment charge of 2% per month will be imposed on all outstanding fees if payment is not received by the 15th of the month. The Programme reserves the right to refuse entry to any pupil and/or treat this contract as terminated without prior notice to parents/legal guardians for non-payment of fees.


IV. LATE ENROLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS
Tuition fees will be pro-rated according to the attendance days. Pro-rates are only applicable to tuition fees. No other school fees will be pro-rated.

V. REFUND POLICY
If the parents/guardians or students withdraw within 15 days before the start of the term, the school will refund the tuition fees and other fees in full. The school will also issue an academic results document within 7 days from the date of withdrawal.
In the case where the school collects tuition fees or other fees from students who have enrolled, if the parents or student express their intention to withdraw within 7 days of the start of the term, the school will refund the tuition fees or other fees that were paid in advance, except for any fees already utilized for core services. The school will return the unused portion of the fees to the parents or the students.
If the school conducts online classes, the school will refund only the fees that have not yet been utilized, proportional to the remaining services after deducting administrative costs. According to this policy, tuition fees and other fees will not be refunded under any circumstances except for the damage deposit, which will only be refunded if a reasonable cause is presented to the Board of Directors for consideration.

VI. NON-RETURN or NON-APPEARANCE
Returning students who do not appear at school in the first month of the semester, August 2025, October 2025, January 2026 or March 2026 without prior notice in writing in advance to the Head of Programme, automatically forfeit their student status at Invictus and shall be treated as new students upon returning to the school.
New students who have enrolled and paid all school fees will receive a full refund for all school fees, except for the Enrolment Fee, if withdrawal is indicated before the term commences. Early withdrawal policy (paragraph V) applies to new students who withdraw after the term commences.

VII. RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS
Receipt of payments will be issued specifying the description of fees and the actual amounts paid ONLY.

VIII. OVERDUE TUITION PAYMENT
Where fees are not paid by the due date, Invictus reserves the right to proceed as follows:
1. Withhold all school documents.
2. Discontinue enrolment for the following academic year.
3. Suspend from testing. All previous scores will be withheld.
4. Take legal action in the collection of outstanding tuition fees.
